Charles “Chuck” Rubey has been an associate with PIA since 1992. He and his daughter both hold the CFA charter and work together at their office in Alamo. As well as being a CFA, Chuck has the PFP (Personal Financial Planner) credential from UC Berkeley, holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, and holds the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor certificate. Previous to working with PIA, Chuck worked at IBM for nearly 30 years. Prior to that he was a meteorologist in the US Air Force for 6 years and was discharged as a captain. Chuck has an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BSEE from Illinois Institute of Technology.
