Kirsten Higgins, a resident of the tri-valley area, has over ten years of experience as a registered representative providing financial analysis and managing her clients’ portfolios. She specializes in 401k and IRA rollovers, inheritance management, and managing portfolios for income.
Kirsten is an active committee member of the Tri-Valley Conservancy and is closely involved in fundraising for the public school, Emma Smith Elementary. Internationally, she has been a sponsor for eight years of Plan USA, a charity that helps support children and disaster victims of developing nations.
Kirsten has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon.
